Want success in your business? Start by asking these 4 questions.

Updated: Dec 19, 2022

If you don't start asking these questions....

"A brand becomes a brand when it's consistent"-Kristen Fulchi.

Here’s some sad truths about entrepreneurship:

1. It’s lonely;

2. It’s tough;

3. Not everyone will like your product/service;

4. Not everyone will like YOU!

Despite this, many persons get into business, believing, “If I build it, they will come”. They’re convinced they have the very best product/service, and many times they're right-except they’re not sure who will love it as much as they do.

At the other end of this spectrum, are who I refer to as “The Creatives”-those who love bringing ideas to life-but don’t like the “Boring Stuff”- the “necessaries” that go into growing a successful business.

How do you bring these two disparate thoughts together?

Start Here: 4 Questions you should start asking now-and at every stage of your entrepreneurial journey:

1. Who are you selling to?

It’s critical that you get really clear about this. All resources are finite, so it saves time, money and most of all stress, if you’re zeroing in on who'll be interested enough to engage, and most of all to purchase.

It's very tempting to think in terms of a single sale- but it's not a STRATEGY-and you need that.

2. Why are you selling to them?

Your clients are looking for solutions-in many instances, they’re hoping for a “Transformation”. Do you know their P.O.V.? What they’re aspiring to? What they’re struggling with? Have you asked them? Remember, it’s NEVER about you-it’s ALWAYS about them.

3. How do you plan to reach them?

The more you know about your clients - the easier it is to “speak” their language. It also helps you to create content that resonates with them-ensuring that you’ll “Vibe” with them-and make that sale (and get that referral).

4. Why should they CARE?

This is the question you should keep asking at each and every stage-over and over again, as you become more “Niched” in their lives. Because you have to give them a reason to care. An important part of that is letting them see YOU- your authenticity, the causes you believe in, your struggles and most of all, your “Why”. The stories we tell-stories which allow our clients to become the heroes of their lives, is what helps them become “loyal”, and in turn, become advocates of your brand.
